Bernard Brandon Scott is Darbeth Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Phillips Graduate Seminary, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Among his several books is Hear Then the Parable: A Commentary on the Parables of Jesus (Fortress Press, 1989).
